Being a doula has brought deep fulfillment to Jennifer’s life. As a birth worker, she finds great joy in offering comfort, guidance, and unwavering support to families during one of life’s most transformative experiences. 

Passionate about continuous learning, Jennifer is committed to expanding her childbirth education, knowing that birth evidence and best practices are always evolving. In her role, she provides the compassionate care that parents and babies need to ease the transition into the incredible journey of parenthood.

In addition to being a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Jennifer is a HypnoDoula (hypnobirthing instructor) and a Trauma-Informed Doula. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Arts & Science: Psychology, certifications in Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid, and Herbalism, and actively attends workshops such as Spinning Babies and Pelvic Dynamics to deepen her knowledge and skills.

Jennifer cherishes her role as a mother of three amazing children. She enjoys leading nature walks, teaching herbalism, and considers it a profound honor to attend births and provide wholehearted postpartum care.
